    GENERAL QUESTIONS

    How can I make my payment?

    You can make your payment securely either in cash to your driver inside the vehicle or through the EFT method.

    What if my flight changes its route?

    If your flight changes its route, you won’t be charged any additional waiting fee. In case of any alterations in the transfer time, location, or flight schedule, please inform us via email or phone.

    Can I cancel my reservation?

    If reservation cancellation becomes necessary, you can communicate this to us via email or WhatsApp.

    How will I find you at the airport?

    After the reservation is made, your driver will communicate the meeting point and who will be there to greet you via WhatsApp. Additionally, for meeting points at airports, you can visit our website’s ‘Airport Meeting Point’ page.

    Are the prices provided online up to date?

    We guarantee to provide the transfer service at the prices stated in every confirmed reservation form. The prices listed on our website include the vehicle, driver, fuel, parking, and highway fees. Furthermore, our transfer prices are per vehicle, not per person.

    Can I bring my pet into the vehicle?

    If a pet is to be transported, it must be carried in a cage.

    Can I smoke and consume alcohol inside the vehicle?

    According to the regulations, smoking and consuming tobacco, cigarettes, and alcohol are not allowed in our vehicles

    Do you have a baby seat for my baby?

    If baby seats are not specified during the reservation, they will not be available in our vehicles. (1 baby seat will be provided free of charge.)

    In accordance with laws and our company policy, child or baby seats present in the vehicle must be properly fastened by our guests. Otherwise, no liability will be accepted. Our drivers will provide you with technical assistance if needed.

    Can I bring or order food and drinks in the vehicle?

    You can communicate with your driver for food and drinks inside the vehicle.
